About this tour
Tecozautla, a place where yellow earth abounds, is one of the most important sites along the Camino Real a Tierra Adentro, which connected the center with the north of New Spain during the viceregal era. Located near the border with the state of Querétaro, its surroundings are marked by hot springs flowing from the Moctezuma River, which complement a landscape dotted with archaeological remains.

Ph.D. in History from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). Member of seminars and research teams at El Colegio de México and the UNAM Institute of Historical Research. Has been involved in the dissemination of history since 2017.
